How are the ordered products shipped?

Ordered products are first sent from suppliers abroad to our warehouse in Switzerland; this way, we prevent incorrect import invoices or customs clearance.

Depending on the volume, these deliveries are made by truck or by courier service. Afterwards, the shipments are visually inspected in our warehouse and then sent on for further shipment.

The shipment from the warehouse to the delivery address is also made by truck or by the Swiss Postal Service, depending on the volume of the shipment. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with all shipment details and a tracking-link (only for shipments by Swiss Post)
