How will my order be delivered?

Depending on the size of the shipment, your order will be delivered by the Swiss Postal Service (Die Post) or by our shipping partner.

For shipments with Swiss Post, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track the shipment; for shipments with our shipping partner, this option is not available.

In the case of Swiss Post shipments with multiple packages, it may happen that not all packages are delivered at the same time, but this is the exception.

Each shipment is checked for quality before delivery (visual inspection). As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will be informed by e-mail. The delivery time after receiving the mail is about 2-3 days.
