What warranty do I have for the ordered products?

We guarantee a perfect use of the goods, but we are not bound to the description in the webshop. If the goods cannot be used for the intended purpose (example: ballpoint pen does not write), we will take the goods back and find a solution that is amenable for all parties.

In any case, a problem with the delivered goods must first be discussed with us; goods may not be returned without comment. Customers who wish to return goods should notify us in writing via: service@maxxpromo.ch and will then receive further instructions on how to return the goods.
